Just when you think you are at the summit and your goals is right in front of you – you are about to be done and accomplish what you set out to do….it’s just at that moment that you see the next summit to climb in order to “really get there”. Maybe you really are

You must continually work to improve your “people skills”. Seek first to understand them – that’s a good starting point.
